1. Services Overview

We offer initial insurance policy services for vehicles, property, life, and businesses. After collecting your first month’s premium, we transfer your policy to our partner GEICO (contact: www.geico.com, (800) 207-7847), who will manage all ongoing services.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Review all policy details before acceptance.
• Direct all post-transfer inquiries to GEICO.

3. Fees and Payments

• A non-refundable first month’s premium is required to initiate coverage.
• Subsequent payments will be managed by GEICO after transfer.

4. Policy Transfer

• Transfer to GEICO typically occurs within 30 days of initial payment.
• We will provide all necessary details to GEICO for continuity of coverage.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Services provided by GEICO after transfer.
• Any inaccuracies in information you provide.
• Unavoidable service interruptions.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, and materials are our property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Termination

We may terminate services if you violate these terms. You may cancel within 14 days for a full refund (see Refund Policy).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by New York State law. Any disputes will be resolved in Albany County courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
